#YearinReview #2015

There are few things in this world that I cherish more than people allowing me to be a part of their most significant life events: the birth of their children, their engagements, marriages, reunions, graduations, proms, school plays, dances, their small moments, their huge moments.

I love my job.

Here is to 2016!

Meet Dan & Carrie.

On December 19th, Dan & Carrie got married at Harvest Baptist Church.

It was a lovely {kind of freezing} day.IMG_9972

As you may have been able to tell, Dan is a Marine.

One of my favorite parts about their day was how evident they made the things that are important to them. Because I thought they were interesting, and clearly important to Dan & Carrie, I will share some of them with you:

The Missing Man Table, You can read extensively about this in that link, but the Missing Man Table is a place of honor set up during special occasions in memory of the fallen, missing or imprisoned service members.2M3A1595

Dan & Carrie’s families played a huge role in the day and were hilarious. Seriously, some of the nicest people I have met. These are their parents Carl & Linda Wright, and Jim & Joyce Rosenbauer.

In addition to being nice and hilarious, Dan’s mom made this wedding cake. WHAT. {Check out the website HERE} Seriously, there are more pictures.  You want to see them.2M3A0015

Finally, Dan & Carrie’s commitment to Christ, and to each other was so evident throughout the entire day. Seriously, I love my job. I love getting to capture these parts of people’s wedding day.
